The central location is convenient and is situated next to the city center, plus it's just 3 km away from the Royal BC Museum.

I thoroughly enjoyed its really friendly and superfriendly employees.

Location: the hotel was close enough to the tourist area, a local store and Albrook mall. Plenty of food for breakfast, it was good.

Normal hotel for its money, all clean and tidy, the price corresponds to quality.

It's a long way from the center

The location near the city center felt safe.

Very conveniently located to everywhere we wanted to visit.

It was difficult to exit onto the street to turn left which was a double solid line..

The price was good, free parking. I had 2 double beds with living room & Kitchen. It was easy to find.

a little bit far from inner harbour, since I had a car it was okay.

The venue is charming, with excellent and friendly staff, making the stay enjoyable, and the breakfast at the restaurant is delightful.

Quiet and bright accommodation with incredibly nice staff at check-out. The breakfast with tea or coffee. Early check-in, smooth check-out. Heated pool area too. Magnificent and unbeatable location, 15 minutes' walk to a shopping mall. And not far from bar/restaurant.

The double room here has an incredibly comfy bed along with convenient amenities like a fridge, a microwave, and air conditioning, making the stay enjoyable in a wonderful location close to a medical facility.

We were in the city for medical purposes and the reservations people phoned to offer us their Handicap Room which has a larger more convenient bathroom for an elderly person. We could walk to Victoria Harbour, and enjoyed the Gorge area. Restaurants were not plentiful, but we drove into the city to have a beautiful dinner. Food at the hotel was a limited menu but the staff were friendly and the food we had for lunch there was good. Good value for the price and we would stay here again.

bed linen although clean was a bit tired.

The room I booked was always kept clean and available with puzzles, kitchen, and a lively atmosphere, including a microwave and a cooker.

music from the bar on the first floor was loud and late. Management was helpful and made amends for the inconvenience.

Availability to downtown places of interest.

The noise and disturbance in the room next to us between 12 and 3 am. Not a very pleasant experience for weary travelers who had been busy all day taking in the sights and experienes offered in your beautiful country. We were tired and needed rest to continue our exploring....further exploring on the next day was not possible due to lack rest. It was a real "bummer"!
